Benefits of becoming a DevOps United (DOu) Recognized Training Provider:

• You are listed on the DevOps United website 

• You receive marketing materials and the ability to use the DOu logo in association with your courses

• You are among the first to receive updates

• You are recommended to clients who request training directly from DOu in your area

There are 3 main steps to becoming a DOu Recognized Training Provider:

1. Trainers are DOu Certified for the course you wish to get recognized for

2. You confirm that your training materials cover the DOu syllabus you wish to get recognized for

3. You sign an Agreement with DevOps United and pay the recognition fee.

Step 1: (Trainers) 

A qualification form shall be filled out by each trainer that the training provider wishes to have recognized. All trainers must be DOu certified before they can administer a DevOps United course. Train-The-Trainer courses are available for trainers who feel they need a little more support in the area. Trainers qualify for a free certified trainer badge when they have fulfilled the following criteria:

• Have filled out the trainer experience from, which has been approved by the master trainers, or provided a resume or CV.

• Hold the Certificate of the course they wish to train for. Recommended that trainers achieve at least 80% to receive the extra "Certified Trainer Badge" for the given course (at no extra cost).

• Work for a DOu recognized training provider.

• have successfully run their first course.

Step 2: (Materials)

There are official DevOps United Materials that can be licensed directly from DOu. However, DOu training providers are not required to use these official materials to offer DOu courses. If you confirm that you have materials, which encompass the full syllabus of the Certified Tester in DevOps - Foundation Level (CTDFL) course, you can use these as well. DevOps United will run some quality checks and if the pass rates of a trainer’s students are less than average, the trainer may be required to attend a Train-The-Trainer session with a DevOps United Master Trainer. 

The official DOu Training Materials include:

• Training Slides in a printable and presentable format.

• A full additional 40-question mock exam - built exactly in the format of the official exam with completely different questions. The answers and explanations are included separately, so the trainer can discuss them with the students in an interactive way.

• 40+ practical hands-on exercises.

Step 3: (Agreement & Payment)
DevOps United has a standards agreement which shall be signed by any party wishing to offer DevOps United courses. 

The cost of being a recognized DOu Training Provider is:

• 500€ per year

• 900€ for 2 years

• 1,200€ for 3 years
